The Hurtt Fathers Advocate Corporation fights for fathers' rights and stronger homes — through legal aid, mental health support, job training, parenting resources, and family-court reform. Because children thrive when both parents are present.
“The just man walketh in his integrity: his children are blessed after him.” — Proverbs 20:7
Our Mission
At The Hurtt Fathers Advocate, we empower fathers and families with the tools, resources, and support needed to create strong, loving, and stable homes. Studies show engaged fathers reduce the likelihood of children facing incarceration, depression, and instability. Our work fights for fathers' rights while promoting the well-being of entire families — so every child has the chance to grow up nurtured and supported.
What We Do
Direct help for fathers navigating custody battles, court orders, and family-court proceedings.
Therapy access and emotional healing for fathers carrying the weight of separation and loss.
Career planning, job placement, and ongoing support so fathers can provide for their families and rebuild economic stability.
Education, mentorship, and practical tools for fathers committed to being present.
Community advocacy for a fairer system that recognizes both parents' role in a child's life.
Recent Impact
Founded by Jerron Hurtt Sr. after a painful personal journey, our nonprofit provides legal support, emotional healing, and mentorship for fathers and youth in fatherless homes.
